Straight answers

Who owns the data?
You do. Packs export in open formats (PDF, JSON, DNG, MP4) and verify with open tooling. If you leave, your evidence still stands.
What happens when there is no signal?
Everything works. Capture, hashing and signing run on the device; the trusted timestamp anchors when signal returns, and the ledger records both moments.
Do exported packs expire?
No. A pack is self-contained: originals, ledger and timestamp proofs travel together. It verifies years later without an EV·Surveys account.
Is there a contract?
Solo and Crew are monthly, cancel any time. Fleet is annual. All prices exclude VAT.
